I'm continuously fascinated by how iron can transfer with hammer and anvil from plain, structural shapes into organic, sometimes life-like figures that reveal textures planned and unplanned. Working with a variety of patinas and finishes brings the final life of a piece into full focus

I work by myself (mostly) in a relatively small shop on a beautiful piece of land nestled on the eastern slopes of the North Cascade Mountains. I love what I do and hope you enjoy what you see here.
